Project docs own contributor/repository mechanics rather than runtime or platform behavior.

• Documentation: information architecture, canonical ownership, writing intent and status.
• Development and Git workflow: local checks, commits, issues, labels, ownership and PR expectations.
• AI Development: agent context and coding workflow.

GitHub Projects configuration and governance enforcement require provider verification. A formal decision-record collection and glossary are planned; add them when concrete decisions or recurring terms need a durable home. Do not create empty policy pages that imply adopted processes.
